He was very friendly and spent extra time explaining everything he found and explaining basic home care and maintenance requirements. He even went the extra step to give great suggestions for future improvements. Great experience. Would highly recommend.
Spencer was SUPER thorough, and willing to talk me through the finished report to give my inexperienced nerves a sense of perspective! I think there were probably cheaper options, but I'm very glad to have more information.
Spencer did a comprehensive inspection of a property I was considering purchasing. I decided to get the inspection and was able to schedule the inspection for the following day. When I arrived at the property, Spencer had already started the inspection on the exterior. For the next several hours, he worked diligently to inspect every aspect of the house. By that evening, I had the report. I highly recommend Wisconsin Property Inspections.
